By downloading or using Peekaboo, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
License
Peekaboo is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, which is incorporated into these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Peekaboo for lawful personal or professional task management. You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
Peekaboo is provided on an as-available basis. Features may evolve, be updated, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your data
You are responsible for the tasks and other content you create in Peekaboo. Data is stored locally, and you are responsible for your device and any backups you choose to maintain.
